TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR HEALTH: LIVE WELL, BE WELL

Are you tired? Is pain your boss? Is it telling you what you can do and cannot do? NIAAA’s Chronic Disease Self Management workshops put you back in charge. You will have the energy to do the things that matter and put life back into your life.

A FREE, six week Chronic Disease Self Management workshop for people with ongoing health conditions or those who care for someone with chronic conditions is being offered at the Rock River Center. Workshop dates are Wednesdays, March 21th through April 25th from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m.  Registration is required and may be made by calling RRC at 815-732-3252.  Please call by March 13th so that enough materials for each participant may be gathered. Let Chronic Disease Self Management workshops put YOU back in charge!
