Senior Center
Banking facilities
Grocery/department stores
Library
Train/Plain connections
Any where you may need to go!

Kishwaukee College Route!
A daily route is provided to Kishwaukee College and Tri-County Community Health Center in Malta, Monday-Friday.
Route deviates to pick-up passengers.
Times are approximate.
Stops in Hillcrest, Rochelle & Creston
Arrival scheduled for 8:00 am & 9:00 am
Return scheduled at 1:00, 2:30 & 4:10 pm


Public transportation allows mobility to those who are transportation disadvantaged, which include senior citizens, individuals with disabilities and low income people who reside independently within our rural communities. Transportation is available Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm with the exception of observed holidays. Extended hours can be made with prior approval.

Lee-Ogle Transportation System L.O.T.S. provides curb to curb service, all vehicles are lift-equipped. Comfort/service animals are permitted and transportation is provided to ALL ages in order to meet their specific needs!
 
Passengers must call the Transportation Coordinator at 888-239-9228 or 815-288-2117 to schedule a ride.

Fees for Lee and Ogle County residents are as follows: Ages 6-59 $2.00 one way in town. An additional $.35 a mile when traveling out of town. Ages 5 and under, $1.00 one way. An additional $.35 a mile when traveling out of town. All children 5 and under must be accompanied by and adult. Seniors and disabled transportation is provided at no cost to riders 60 and over, however donations are welcomed to help support the program.

Reservations can be made Monday-Friday during office hours 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by calling 1-888-239-9228. Arrangements for in town rides must be made at least (1) business day in advance. Requests for out of town transportation requires a notice of at least (2) business days. Long distance transportation may be scheduled to resources such as Rockford, Chicago, Peoria, DeKalb, Mendota and beyond with a charge of .35 cents a mile and is based on vehicle availability and director's approval. This could include plane and train connections.
